We’ve been to Riu Palace in Playacar and just loved it.

The location is great, just on a beautiful white sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise waters and located in an area near to anything you might want: shopping in Playa del Carmen on the famous 5th Avenue, water sports and archeological sites. There are plenty of things to be done on Mayan Riviera.

The hotel is gorgeous. The hotel grounds are amazing and the pool bar is nice and drinks are just unbelievable.

Rooms are just perfect, spotless clean and large, the beds are very comfortable and you have plenty of storage space in the room. The restaurants are very good and the food delicious. The service is the best we had in many years. Everyone is very helpful, smiling all the time, fulfilling any wish you have.
